Combine with Skills Training

Many of our Personal Training clients combine 1 hour of Speed & Agility training with 1 hour of Skills training to maximize the time spent training each session.  We design each session around the athlete and will develop a training routine that maximizes the time we spend with each athlete.

Our current SAQ clients include athletes playing Softball, Baseball, Basketball, Football, Soccer, and Lacrosse. We're also working with Track athletes, Elite Swimmers and Adult clients who are getting ready for marathons/tri's or just wanting to get back into shape...

Our 60 min training sessions are focused on developing speed, quickness and agility. By focusing on running form, body positioning, proper leg drive, correct use of arms and the development of the core we'll be working to increase overall speed, reaction time, leg strength and the ability to change direction quickly.

Along with our focus on technique and running form our program will also include work with Cone drills, Agility Ladders, Hurdles, and Vertical bars.

Personal Training clients will also do work on our Recoil Belt, Speed Sac, Lateral Ankle Resistors, and the Bosa core balance device.

Depending on the focus of the session (built around the athlete) we will use a combination of these training tools to help maxmize the results each athlete achieves during every session.

Training Locations

Personal Training takes place outdoors at locations around the Sammamish, Issaquah, Bellevue, and Redmond areas. We will work with you to schedule dates, times and locations that fit into your busy schedule. Training at locations outside of the cities above is available upon request.

Personal Training

Cost: $50 per hour --Length: Determined by Athlete

Available All Year Long

1:1 training built around the needs of the individual athlete. The structure of each session is unique to the biomechanic needs of the athlete and if applicable, tailored to the sport they play.

Single Session Training Passes - $50

Multi-Session Pre-Pay Flex Passes available which offer a discount on training. These are available through our new Book Online feature (blue button on the left hand side of the screen) or you can buy them in person at your training.
